How long will my case take?

A: Before your case can be concluded, we must know the full extent of your damages. This cannot be determined until you have completed your medical treatment and reached maximum medical improvement. We need to know from your doctors how much and how long the injuries will affect you. If the case cannot be settled, then it will be presented to a jury to determine fault for the accident and the amount you are entitled to.
